Formation of Contract

A binding contract is formed when:

1. You place an order on our website
2. We send you an order confirmation email
3. Payment is successfully processed

Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products become unavailable.

Prices and Payment

Pricing:

• All prices are displayed in your selected currency
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Promotional prices are valid for the specified period only

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order:

• We will notify you immediately
• You may choose a substitute product or receive a full refund
• We are not liable for unavailability

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your products, for any reason.

To exercise this right:

• Notify us of your decision to cancel
• Return the product unused in its original packaging
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility

Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have legal rights including:

• Products must match their description
• Products must be of satisfactory quality
• Products must be fit for purpose

If products do not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product:

• Contact us within 14 days of receipt
• Provide photos of the fault
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund
• Return shipping will be covered by us for faulty items

Bundle Offers & Discounts:

• "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" and "Buy 2 Get 2 Free" offers are subject to availability
• Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated
• Promotional offers cannot be redeemed for cash
• We reserve the right to cancel orders that abuse promotional offers

Warranty

All products come with:

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

Force Majeure

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Sale, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VERODA.
